Team mission
This board is made up of community elected members and appointed members as designated by the Advisory Board. It will also include representation from the LinkedGov community council.
Skills and requirements
This team needs:
- Strategy planning
- Financial and budgetary planning and distribution (for LinkedGov operating activities and to disburse excess revenue
- Corporate governance for not-for-profit organisations
- Maintenance and strengthening of relationships with other organisations (including government)
- Corporate oversight (for the LinkedGov trading company)
- A high-level understanding of LinkedGov's architecture, teams, resources and processes.
